My journey began 15 years ago when I was thrown straight out of college and into the fast paced world of hospital IT support.  This involved a need to quickly get up to speed to understand the needs of the medical community and how I could assist.  The healthcare environment regularly exhibited critical and emergency situations that allowed me to develop a strength and resilience that would further serve me in my career.
